Our
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply return products in their original condition (sorry, we cannot accept opened product) and packaging, with the invoice within 30 days from the date you received your order. If the item was a cash (credit card) purchase, a refund of the product's purchase price will be credited to your credit card account once we have received and processed the returned product(s), minus the original shipping charge and a $5.00 restocking fee. If the item was processed though your insurance company, your insurance company will be refunded at their contracted rate.
How to Return Products
- Call our Customer Satisfaction Department toll free at 1-888-651-7867 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without this number will not be processed.
- Follow the instructions provided to you by your Customer Service Representative and mail the product in the original packaging to the address below.
- You will be notified via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). If a product was sent to you in error, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
